  • Spain, Portugal & Andorra: Free shipping for orders over 150 €
  • España, Portugal & Andorra: 6,50€
  • Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla): 8 €
  • UK and Europe: 18€
  • International: 45€

Estimated Delivery times

Spain: 1-2 days once package leaves our facility

Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla): 2-3 days.

Europe: 3-5 days.

International: 7-9 days.

When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with all the information. Please note that Maison Shanghai is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance nor on dates when delivery services are especially busy.



You may return any item purchased online within 15 days from delivery date. Please send us an email to hello@maison-shanghai.com explaining the reason of the return. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition, with its original packaging and tags. It is necessary to include de order number and contact info.

We will answer you as soon as possible. Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm. Returning delivery costs will be paid by the client unless item purchased was defective upon arrival. If this happens, please contact us for return or exchange at hello@maison-shanghai.com. Customized products are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

In the case of having selected the option “free shipping” at checkout, shipping costs will be reduced from the total price of your order (see shipping costs above)

Important note: you will be responsible for your item until we receive it back in our warehouse. We recommend using a courier or post system that allows you to track your item.



Once your return is approved, you will get your refund in the same way you paid for the item.
